In order to provide our services, sell goods and operate our website, we process certain personal data.
The processing of personal data is primarily governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”).
1. Processing of Personal Data
1.1 Processing of personal data when using the contact form
If you enquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly via the enquiry/contact form. These are: name, e-mail, phone number.
Why do we process the data?
We use these details to contact you and arrange further communication regarding goods and services.
Legal basis
Processing is carried out under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (contract negotiations).
How long do we process the data?
If no further cooperation follows, we will process your data for a maximum of 1 year from our last communication.
1.2 Processing of personal data when you make a purchase
If you purchase from us, we will process the data you fill in, mainly billing details: first and last name, address, company ID number, VAT ID number, e-mail address, phone number (collectively “personal data”).
Why do we process the data?
We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract – to deliver goods or provide services. We also use contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, complaints/returns, or your questions.
We also process personal data to comply with legal obligations (primarily accounting and tax obligations, and handling complaints and other related duties).

Processing is carried out under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.
How long do we process the data?
For the duration of providing the service and then 1 year from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
1.3 Newsletters (commercial communications)
If you are a purchasing customer and you did not opt out at the time of purchase, we will use your e-mail address to send you our news and updates.
Legal basis
This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, provided you did not refuse such communications during the purchase.
How long do we process the data?
1 year from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time via e-mail or by contacting us at: info@nutristar.cz
2. Who Can Access the Data?
Your data remain with us. However, certain companies or individuals may access your data because they help us operate our e-shop. These include:

5. Your Rights Related to the Processing of Personal Data
Under the GDPR, you have, among other rights, the right to contact us and request information about what personal data we process, to request access to such data and have them updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing. You may request a copy of processed personal data, request erasure of personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.
If you believe that we do not handle your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů) or to bring your claims before a court.
